A forever candle is one that has another glass inside the outer glass, in this case a glass votive. And, because our "Forever" candles burn down on the inside, leaving the outer shell intact, they are truly everlasting and provide a welcoming glow through the outer shell. When the "inner" candle burns down, you simply drop in a replacement insert candle. The REAL Conversation Hearts are in the outer section of gel. They are perfectly safe, because only the inner glass part of the candle burns.
